Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV for the 1st shift in Brookhaven, MS. You will load and secure products, perform inspections, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Benefits begin on day 60 including medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance with vacation, sick leave, holidays, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan after 90 days. This role supports a team-driven culture and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Perform duties by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
• 1st shift 7:30 am start time; end time is based on volume for the day
