Job summary

El Super is seeking a Checker at #31 Fontana - Foothill to join our store operations team. Starting rate is $16.90 per hour, with duties focused on fast, accurate checkout and strong customer service.

What You'll Bring

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor, the Checker is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. Must be able to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of time.

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
