Job summary

Hy-Vee Albia is seeking a part-time Checker in the Grocery department. You will provide fast, friendly service, operate a cash register, scan items, handle payments, and assist customers with questions. You help bag, stock, and maintain store appearance while upholding policies.

Night & weekend shifts are required. This role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within a supportive Hy-Vee team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions.
• Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
