Job summary

Prep Redzone is hosting a check-in staff role at Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet players, check them in, hand out jerseys, and assist with data entry for testing results.

Shifts run 12:30pm–5:00pm on Sunday, January 4th; compensation is $100 after the shift and a complimentary staff shirt is provided. Candidates must bring a charged laptop and charger and demonstrate strong customer service and attention to detail.

• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check-in players as they arrive and mark them on a spreadsheet; distribute jerseys; assist with data entry for testing results.
• Ensure players are checked in and have required attire; distribute jerseys and verify entries.
• Bring a fully charged laptop and charger to the event.

Job Summary

You will be working player check-in at our showcase on Sunday, January 4th, at Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, Texas.As a check-in staff member, you will be the first person players see when they enter the venue. You will be responsible for welcoming them, checking in each individual player, getting them their appropriate jersey, and assisting with data entry into spreadsheets. The hours will be 12:30pm-5pm. You will be paid $100after your shift and you'll receive a complimentary staff shirt.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Player Check-In. As players arrive, you will be their initial point of contact and check them into the event. You will mark them as checked-in on a spreadsheet, distribute their jersey to them, and assist with data entry for testing results.
