Maersk is seeking a CHB Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a defined client portfolio. You will lead a team of CHB professionals, ensure compliant, timely processing of shipments, and act as the escalation point for complex issues.

You will collaborate with compliance, IT, product, and operations to optimize service delivery and improve performance, while maintaining strong client programs and regulatory understanding.

About the role

As a CHB Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a defined portfolio of clients while leading a team of CHB professionals. You will ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, while acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for both clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team development within Maersk Customs Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CHB associates, including workload allocation, coaching, performance management, and development
• Oversee end-to-end import customs brokerage operations, ensuring timely and compliant processing of shipments
• Develop strong understanding of client import programs, including product classifications, regulatory requirements, and service expectations
• Act as primary escalation point for complex operational or customer issues, ensuring timely resolution

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or transportation, with 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of U.S. import regulations, customs compliance, and brokerage operations
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational performance and quality
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
