Role Description

The Chauffeur role at Duke Limo is a part-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC, focused on providing safe, courteous, and timely transportation for airport and executive clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving passengers to and from CLT and other local destinations, following assigned schedules, and adapting to flight changes using real-time updates. The Chauffeur will assist with luggage, maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, and uphold all safety and traffic regulations. This role also involves delivering professional customer service, communicating clearly with dispatch and clients, and representing Duke Limo’s standards for reliability and discretion. The Chauffeur is expected to be punctual, flexible with shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Transportation skills, including safe and professional driving and familiarity with local routes and airport operations.
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact courteously with passengers and provide a positive client experience.

• Operations Management and basic logistics skills to follow schedules, coordinate pick-ups, and respond to changes efficiently.
• Must have a proffesional chauffeur uniform. .
• Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or passenger endorsement preferred where applicable.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage, stand for extended periods, and work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail; prior experience in limousine, shuttle, or executive transport is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle care and inspection procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
