We are HIRING for EXPERIENCED Commercial Cleaners in Chattanooga, TN! You are invited to join Clean Right Solutions and we’re hiring for ALL Shifts.

In this position, the Technician will provide a thorough cleaning of assigned areas.

Our mission is to be the most trusted, respected, and reliable commercial cleaning company for the greater Chattanooga area and beyond.

Applicants must have an attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to clean in a timely manner, and possess the flexibility to work with a team or individually. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. Pay is based on prior cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtains needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains safety standards at all times, including wearing proper PPE.
• Perform various cleaning duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing up and down a ladder (6 ft max), and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Deliver all equipment and supplies back to the shop when the job is completed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is preferred.
• Must show up for work on time and maintain dependability.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working smartphone for scheduling and time clock via an app.
• Must have the ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and multitask.
• Must perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• Must accept assignments with other duties as required by supervisor.
• Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude.
• Must adhere to company dress code and wear Clean Right Uniform.
• Must show workplace respect and understanding for co‑workers and customers.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
• All newly hired associates will be on a mandatory 60‑day probationary period.
