Job summary

Clean Right Solutions, LLC is hiring Experienced Commercial Cleaners in Chattanooga, TN. You will perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas across multiple shifts and maintain safety standards with PPE.

Compensation is based on prior cleaning experience and capabilities assessments. Applicants should have dependable transportation, a smartphone for scheduling, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in teams or independently.

Qualifications

• Must show up on time and be dependable.

• Must be able to walk, stand, lift, and move through work areas.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Maintain safety standards at all times, including proper PPE.
• Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.).
• Return equipment and supplies after each job.

In this position, the Technician will provide a thorough cleaning of assigned areas.

Applicants must have an attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to clean in a timely manner, and possess the flexibility of being able to work with a team or as an individual. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. PAY is based on your prior cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtains needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains safety standards at all times, including, but not limited to, wearing proper PPE.
• Perform various cleaning duties as required. These may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing up and down a ladder ( 6ft max), handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Deliver all equipment and supplies back to shop when job is completed.

Qualifications

• Must show up for work on time and maintain dependability.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working smartphone as our scheduling and time clock are used through an app on smart phones.
• Must have the ability to be flexible, work at a fast-pace, and be able to multi-task.
• Must have the ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• Must be accepting of assignments with other duties as required by supervisor.
• Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort.
• Must adhere to company dress code, wear Clean Right Uniform when working.
• Must show work place respect and an understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen
• All newly hired associates will be on a mandatory 60 day probationary period
