Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher to join our full-time school-based team in Tampa, FL. You will support students with diverse learning, behavioral, developmental, and academic needs while helping them achieve meaningful educational success.

As an ESE Teacher, you will create inclusive learning environments, develop individualized instructional plans, and collaborate with school teams and families to ensure students receive the support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate with ESE certification or eligibility.
• Knowledge of IEP development and special education laws.
• Experience with students with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction for students with diverse disabilities.
• Create an inclusive, structured classroom environment.
• Monitor progress using data-driven instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with general educators, administrators, therapists, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to families.
• Implement accommodations and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations
