Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Experience operating charter, tour, or commercial buses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Professional, punctual, and safety-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate charter buses for group tours, events, and scheduled trips.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable bus interior throughout each trip.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and tour coordinators regarding routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
