Job summary

BGE, Inc. is hiring an intern in civil engineering disciplines to work on public and private infrastructure projects in the United States.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals and participate in events and training that support your career growth. The internship requires you to be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities in English.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development; interns participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
