This role centers on delivering engaging group presentations at firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities, guiding prospects toward a decision in 20–30 minutes, and maintaining a high-energy, professional presence. The schedule is weekend- and event-focused, with flexible weekday opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™ Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
