Job summary

Ascend-Sales in Colorado is seeking an energetic fundraiser to engage donors and drive acquisition for charity partners. You will meet daily and weekly goals while representing our causes in local communities.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement based on merit and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior fundraising or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with donors to build meaningful connections.
• Implement fundraising strategies to drive donor acquisition for charity partners.
