Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis projects, data gathering and summarization for departmental initiatives.
• Support migration, organization, and validation of documents and records per procedures.
• Review migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; escalate discrepancies.
• Shadow Trust and Charitable teams to understand donor-advised funds, charitable planning, and related operations.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and process documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and provide progress updates.
