Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification are preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient care standards are met and maintained.
• Communicate patient status, departmental concerns, and staffing issues to leadership.
• Provide clinical care as needed based on patient census demands.
• Support and guide nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
