Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking a Charge RN for the NICU to lead a small, dedicated team during PRN night shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, governance participation, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, BCLS, NRP, and NRPA; NICU or leadership experience is highly preferred. A strong commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Full and active RN license required or eligible
• 1 year RN experience in an acute setting required
• 2 years RN experience in an acute setting preferred
• NICU experience highly preferred
• Charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
• BCLS required prior to independent patient care
• NRP required
• NRPA required
• CPI training required annually

• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required
