Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle. The role supports operational needs during shifts and communicates issues to leaders while serving as a clinical resource for staff.

The position requires Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS and PALS on applicable units, and holds expectations for ongoing certification in specialty areas.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required for applicable units.
• Chemo/Biotherapy certification required prior to independent administration (Infusion/Oncology).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff.

Education

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
