Job summary

The Providence Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Charge RN for the NICU on the night shift. This full-time role focuses on leadership of a NICU nursing team, ensuring patient-centered care and coordination with physicians and support staff.

We require Texas RN licensure, graduation from a nursing program, BLS, NRP within 90 days, and NICU leadership experience. A specialty certification for RN IV promotion is preferred as you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
