Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate and deliver quality patient care across all age groups in a hospital setting. You will manage operational issues during shifts, serve as a clinical resource, and communicate effectively with staff and leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state and/or multistate licensure.
  • Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty-specific certifications depending on unit.
  • Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as TNCC, ENPC, or fetal monitoring programs.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and utilize clinical data to develop and evaluate care plans.
  • Strong communication, ethical practice, and team collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, evidence-based practice, and fostering a safe environment.
