Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to oversee the delivery of quality nursing care across all ages, ensuring smooth shift operations and providing clinical support as needed based on patient census.

The role requires a registered nurse with hospital experience, current Georgia license, and BLS certification. You will communicate care plans, resolve departmental concerns, and guide nursing staff while collaborating with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification are preferred.
