Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Charge RN for the Medical Telemetry unit in Temple, Texas. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) offers opportunities to lead nursing care in a busy 38-bed unit and participate in comprehensive patient care for diverse conditions.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Texas, ADN or higher, and a track record of teamwork and high-quality patient outcomes within a not-for-profit healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• ADN required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Medical Telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions during night shifts.
