Atria Health Institute in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive Charge RN to support clinical operations and elevate the member experience across our Los Angeles practice. You will coordinate real-time clinic flow, acting as the clinical bridge between teams to ensure excellence in care.

As a Charge RN, you will partner with physicians, ACPs, MAs, Radiology, and Hospitality to manage imaging and lab needs, oversee workflow, and maintain seamless patient transitions with a 5x8 schedule and

Qualifications

• Current CA Registered Nursing License.
• 2+ years of RN experience in clinical/urgent care/ER/ambulatory.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and adaptability in fast-paced clinics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Availability for 5x8 schedule with potential future shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time clinic flow and act as clinical liaison.
• Support imaging and lab needs; troubleshoot delays.

• Oversee radiology and lab coordination; ensure proper prep.

About the Role – Charge RN (Full-Time)

We're seeking a highly proactive, organized, and team-oriented Charge RN to support seamless clinical operations and elevate the member experience across our Los Angeles practice. This role is central to coordinating real-time clinic flow, acting as the clinical bridge between teams, and ensuring exceptional day-to-day execution of care.

As a Charge RN, you will partner closely with our physicians, ACPs, MAs, Radiology, and Hospitality teams to monitor ongoing clinic activity, troubleshoot delays, manage urgent imaging and lab needs, and ensure clinical excellence and communication at every step.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Liaison & Communication

• Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional clinical needs across the practice
• Monitor "Clinic Today" and "Add-on" Slack channels in real time to triage and respond to needs across teams
• Bridge communication gaps between departments to ensure timely, coordinated care for Atria members

Clinical Support & Workflow Oversight

• Step in when ACPs are delayed or offsite (e.g., initiate visits, escort members, manage transitions)
• Anticipate and troubleshoot issues to keep clinic flow running smoothly and on time
• Partner with MAs and hospitality to delegate and oversee clinical tasks from a licensed RN perspective
• Provide clinical support for stress testing and VO2 max procedures when needed
• Assist in acute clinical needs that may arise ("rapid response")

Radiology & Lab Coordination

• Oversee last-minute lab/imaging add-ons: confirm orders, print requisitions, and ensure proper follow-through
• Coordinate with Radiology to ensure members are fully prepped, particularly for urgent, imaging procedures
• Participate in daily morning huddles with MAs and Radiology to align on day’s schedule, priority members, and unresolved clinical needs

Cross Site Member Support

• Serve as liaison for Palm Beach and NYC members receiving care in LA
• Ensure imaging orders and associated forms are submitted in advance of other institute visits
• Confirm imaging paperwork is complete for needed weekend imaging appointments

Systems Flow & Team Integration

• Partner with hospitality, radiology, care coordination, and clinical pods to address real-time clinical issues and reduce member delays
• Help ensure clinic operations are grounded in both clinical integrity and hospitality excellence

• Current CA Registered Nursing License

• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN in a clinical, urgent care, emergency room or ambulatory care setting
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Exceptional communication and team coordination skills
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong experience with phlebotomy, IV placement, and/or clinical testing
• Availability to work 5x8 schedule, with flexibility to shift as needed in future

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
