Las Colinas of Westover Hills in San Antonio, TX is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to lead our team of CNAs and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. You will manage daily shift operations, coordinate care delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting staff development.

Responsibilities include reviewing 24-hour reports, supervising documentation, completing charting, and guiding the team to maintain accurate ADL and meal intake records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive to shift on time and assign CNA tasks for the shift.
• Review 24-hour report and complete monthly shift summary.
• Conduct room rounds and ensure CNA documentation on ADLs and meals.
• Complete skin assessments and ensure shower sheets are submitted.
• Complete all MDS and Skilled charting and note changes in condition.
• Submit incident reports to unit manager or DON's door.
• Log lab inquiries and file results for new orders.
