Job summary

Unity Health is seeking a Charge Nurse RN (Full Time) in Searcy, AR. The role supports day-to-day nursing leadership on the clinical unit, under the Clinical Nurse Manager, ensuring quality patient care and smooth shift transitions. A minimum of 2–5 years of RN experience and AR license are required, with ACLS/PALS/NALS certifications preferred.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Qualified candidates will participate in staff development, unit leadership, and quality improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current licensure in the State of Arkansas.
• Two to five years of clinical experience as an RN.
• ACLS, PALS, NALS, or ARORA certification as applicable to the clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the day-to-day operation and quality of patient care on the clinical unit under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Assists with development and evaluation of nursing staff and departmental associates.
• Leads the unit during shift-to-shift transitions and represents the unit in hospital committees.
