Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN/LVN/LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents per policies.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and change of condition.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervises CNA staff to ensure appropriate clinical care.
