Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead nursing care on their assigned unit and support CNAs within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include overseeing care, administering meds, documenting changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance while participating in rounds and admissions. Missouri-licensed RNs/LPNs with BLS/CPR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Missouri.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in care conferences, rounds, admissions, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
