• Provide individualized nursing care per resident plans.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and progress, notice deviations.
• Maintain nursing records and care plans for continuity.
• Monitor emotional well‑being and progress of residents.
• Perform other duties to deliver exceptional care.
