Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care according to plan.
• Support patient and family education and advocacy.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and governance.
• Maintain licenses, certifications and adherence to safety/ confidentiality standards.
