Job summary

Good Samaritan seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts at our Luverne facility. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, with potential for charge nurse duties and shift differentials. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Completion of a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and nursing interventions.
