Working in the cardiac progressive care units is a great way to build your critical thinking and skills. Nurses from our departments grow into areas such as ICU, cardiac cath lab, EP lab, or leadership. The leaders of these departments work with you to ensure that they understand your goals and provide you with opportunities to learn more about positions you may be interested. We work collaboratively with other departments in the facility to ease any transition you are interested in making.
