Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Charge Nurse for Med Surg 2RS on the night shift. You will assume shift accountability for planning and delivering direct/indirect nursing care under the Nursing Director, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, and guiding other nursing staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes service excellence and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS through American Heart Association.
