Nurses on our unit are highly trained in telemetry, ensuring close monitoring and optimal patient outcomes. With a 4:1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. EXPERIENCE:
