Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and coordinate the delivery of quality patient care across age groups. The role requires effective communication with staff and leadership to address patient care, staffing, and departmental issues.

Qualified candidates will hold current Georgia RN licensure (or NLC/eNLC), have BLS, and possess hospital nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in GA or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification are desirable.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.
