Job summary

MEP Health in Georgia is seeking a dedicated NICU nurse to join a level 3 NICU team providing 24-hour care for premature and sick infants. You will coordinate nursing care from birth through the lifecycle in a closely staffed unit with 18 beds.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with staff and leadership, and the ability to adapt operations during shifts while maintaining patient safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience, bachelor's degree, and advanced specialty certification.
