Qualifications include a graduate from an accredited nursing program (bachelor's preferred), at least one year of hospital nursing experience, and active RN licensure with additional certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty-specific credentials.
Candidates must meet ongoing certification requirements within specified timeframes, including NRP, AWHONN fetal monitoring, PEARS, and others based on unit specialization.
