Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO is hiring a Charge RN for the Night Shift. This full-time role requires a BSN within three years of taking the position, RN licensure, and 1 year of nursing experience. BLS/CPR certification is required before start date.

Onsite role with no hybrid/remote options. Pay ranges from $40.86 to $63.33 per hour, with a $1,600 quarterly Night Shift Incentive Program for full-time nights.

Pay: $40.86 - $63.33 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant‘s relevant experienceThis position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote optionWork nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Must hold a Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).1 year of nursing experience.BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
