Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Baytown, TX is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to lead nursing care for residents. You will supervise licensed and non-professional staff, implement physician orders, and ensure high-quality, compliant care in a fast-paced LTC setting.

Ideal candidates hold current LVN or RN licensure, CPR, and English proficiency; you will coordinate care plans, document accurately in the EMR, and respond promptly to emergencies while maintaining compassionate,

Qualificações
