Touchstone Communities’ Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring seeks a compassionate Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead a care team, deliver skilled nursing, and uphold resident safety. This on-site role supports Veterans with empathy and integrity across shifts.

The position offers shift differentials, strong benefits through the VA Grant program, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development, including CNA to CMA and CPR training, with a competitive pay scale for 6A/2P

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 6A / 2P and 2P / 10P

Shift differential for LVN Full Time 2P/10P shift
