Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively.
• Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: Guide Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
• Administer Medications: Safely administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments to maintain health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely documentation and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: Train staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: Arrange for replacement staff as needed.

In This Role, You Will
