Touchstone Communities seeks a compassionate Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) at the Lamun Lusk Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring, TX. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality resident care, and embody empathy and integrity every day.

This role oversees care on 6A/2P and 2P/10P shifts, collaborating with staff to uplift Veterans and their families. A Texas LVN/RN license or Compact State license is required, with a strong commitment to teamwork and resident well‑being.
