Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse for a Skilled Nursing unit at Sundance Inn Health Center in New Braunfels, TX. Full-time in a on-site setting, you will oversee nursing care within your licensure scope and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will assess patient conditions, document changes in the EMR, administer prescribed medications, and collaborate with CNAs to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
Valid LVN/LPN License or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per clinical policies and regulations.
Document in the EMR according to nursing standards and guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist in assigning duties and supervising CNA staff to ensure quality care.
