Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team in a long-term senior care setting in Louisiana. You will work under the guidance of an amazing Director of Nursing and alongside a skilled clinical staff to provide compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN).
• Strong commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Helping team members grow their careers and develop professionally.
• Examining residents and their records to identify early signs of medical issues.
• Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting for assigned residents.
