Job summary

Legacy Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Atlanta, GA seeks a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and supervise the nursing team in daily activities.

Open Interviews are held Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11am-1pm at 460 Auburn Ane NE, Atlanta, GA 30312, with a $3000-$5000 sign-on bonus (paid in incurments). This role requires adherence to all applicable standards and is offered as an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The primary responsibilities in the role as a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) is to provide a high level of customer service and direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
