Job summary

High Shoals Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate care team in a dynamic long‑term care setting. You will provide patient‑centered nursing care and work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well‑being.

Responsibilities include administering meds, monitoring conditions, documenting care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior long‑term care experience is preferred, and you will contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented

Your Impact as an LPN:
