Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing unit.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Perform phlebotomy and other basic laboratory procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks).
