Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing care for residents in a dynamic long-term care setting. The role requires directing licensed and non-professional staff, ensuring patient safety, and delivering comprehensive care consistent with physician orders.

The ideal candidate is a licensed LVN or RN with CPR certification, capable of following written and verbal instructions in English, and flexible to handle interruptions with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LVN/RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal or written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with nursing standards.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection-control policies; document care and vital signs.
