Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for an Anchorage, AK facility. Night shift, 12 hours, four days per week. Contract length is 13 weeks with potential extension. Must have AK RN license and charge nurse experience is preferred; potential to float within scope as needed.

Open to dedicated professionals with OB/L&D expertise, able to handle high-risk deliveries and newborn care, with Epic charting experience and a strong patient-care focus.

Qualifications

• AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer.
• Charge nurse experience preferred or willingness to train.
• BLS, ACLS, AWHONN certs preferred; NRP beneficial.
• Experience with obstetric care and high-risk deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support high-risk labor/delivery and vaginal deliveries.
• Circulate for C-section and assist with newborn care.
• Maintain sterile technique for operating rooms and exams.
• Monitor fetal status and assist with lactation/breastfeeding support.
• Adhere to patient safety and charting protocols (Epic).
