Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care across patient lifecycles. You will provide clinical care as needed and communicate essential patient and departmental information to leadership.

The role requires GA RN licensure, BCLS certification, and a nursing degree, with 1+ year hospital experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position within a collaborative nursing team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serve as a resource for guidance and staff support.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during his/her shift. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s). Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff. Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting Required
• 2 years or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
