St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Shift Lead to collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team and communicate the patient’s plan of care. The role includes support for human resource activities, such as staffing, development, and performance monitoring.

Ideal candidates will hold Missouri RN licensure, have nursing experience as a Charge Nurse, and align with our mission and values while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Experience: Charge Nurse Experience

• Assist with and communicate the patient’s plan of care to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist with staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring.
