Job summary

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will collaborate with the management team to monitor nursing care per policy and serve as a resource to staff while supporting an exceptional patient experience.

In partnership with leadership, the CNC will focus on outcomes, staff development, and efficient service.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Associate Degree in a relevant field or nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit.
